Dan Juanengo

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies with a concentration in Sport Management. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After benefiting from committing to a workout routine and taking care of his body through proper nutrition, Dan decided to become a personal trainer so he could help others reach their fitness goals and simply improve their self-confidence. When it comes to training his clients, Dan is a firm believer in ensuring that proper form is demonstrated as he progresses them to more challenging exercise regimens. He continues to expand his knowledge in health and fitness by keeping up with new research findings as it pertains to maximizing the benefits of exercise. In his spare time, Dan enjoys being active, going to the beach, traveling and attending concerts and sporting events.
