Andrews’s interest in fitness began at an early age when he tried his hand at gymnastics. In the ensuing years he has gained experience in a multitude of physical endeavors, including boxing and several forms of martial arts. He started his personal training career in 2006 as an original Phoenix Fitness staff member and has been progressively increasing his knowledge and skills since then. Andrew is certified in TRX and kettle bell and also holds a personal training certification from FITOUR. He enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and coworkers. Andrew designs programs that not only fit your needs but also keep it fun and motivational. He continues to participate in continuing education courses and constantly strives to be a better trainer.
